Virtual Portal Support

All of WebRadar's capabilities can be used within a Virtual Portal. Reports, dashboard widgets and charts can be created and shared with other users in your Virtual Portal. Only web content within the Virtual Portal is accessible, ensuring that WebRadar reporting and multi-edits can be performed without fear of accessing web content contained in other Virtual Portals or the Base Portal. 

Report, Analyze & Modify with WebRadar

WebRadar delivers powerful content reporting and analytics functionality exclusively for IBM’s Web Content Manager. Now you can create private and public reports, modify multiple pieces of content on the fly, report on projects, set up personalized dashboards, share reports and set up email notifications.


Analyze large, detailed result sets quickly with new charting capabilities. View data according to any of the IBM Web Content Manager metadata fields. With new charting capabilities you no longer need to wade through reams of data to get meaningful insights from your web content management system.

Expanded Reporting Features

Now run over 1,000 reports related to content in IBM’s Web Content Manager. Users have access to a report building engine that provides the power they need to run the reports that matter to them the most. WebRadar also comes with customizable pie or bar charts for each report that you create.

WebRadar comes fully loaded with customizable dashboards. Each user has the ability to add widgets to their dashboard and customize the look according to their needs. Now WebRadar users have easy access to the reports that help them manage, analyze, and modify content that they’re responsible for.

WebRadar introduces a wide array of enhancements that make content reporting and content analytics available to a broader user base. WebRadar can now be used by Web Services, IT, Marketing, HR, Operations, Content Managers, Content Authors and other departments that publish web content.

Advanced Multi-Edit Features

We’ve expanded the number of fields available for editing so that making changes to multiple pieces of content is now more effective. You can easily move content between site areas, assign existing content to new workflows, reassign content authoring tasks, update content expiration dates, adjust permissions, or extend web campaigns.

Create, Share, and Email Reports

Users can create daily or weekly report subscriptions delivered directly to their inbox. Reports can be saved as spreadsheets or PDFs and can be shared with anyone within the organization. 

Extended Workflow Project Reporting

New project reporting criteria works with IBM Web Content Manager 7.0’s new project capabilities. Project reporting makes it easy to identify which content items might delay the publication of your project. If you want to know how many times your home page has been updated, by which projects, and when, then WebRadar delivers. 

New Permissions Settings

Gain a higher level of security with WebRadar’s new permission parameters. WebRadar’s levels of permissions allow you to grant or prevent access varying from creating and viewing reports to multi-edit functions.


WebRadar's enhanced internationalization features enable content analytics for multiple languages including top-to-bottom oriented text. WebRadar’s flexibility translates the user interface, help, and messages into your native language which broadens WebRadar’s user base. WebRadar supports, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, Italian, Danish, Polish, Japanese, Chinese Traditional and Chinese Simplified.
